The grading rubric will give you some crucial clues as to what they're looking for in a Final Exam Portfolio. I used it as a checklist to see if I had included all the elements, especially when I went through editing my drafts. Chances are, if you can check off all the items, you will pass.
Both documents are in .rtf format, which should be easily viewed with MS Word or Libre Office.
